Disclosed are novel trans-repressing analog receptors wherein the ligand-binding domain(s) are modified versus wild type receptor, such novel receptors having repressed trans-activation transcription activation properties. Also disclosed are recombinant methods and means for preparing such receptors and assays using such receptors.

L'invention concerne des nouveaux récepteurs d'analogues de trans-suppression, dans lesquels le ou les domaines de liaison de ligands sont modifiés par rapport au récepteur de type sauvage, lesdits nouveaux récepteurs présentant des propriétés d'activation de la transcription de trans-activation. L'invention concerne également des procédés et des moyens de recombinaison permettant de préparer lesdits récepteurs, ainsi que des analyses utilisant ces derniers.
