A two-plate type injection device provided to the injection molding machine, which is light in weight and low in manufacturing cost. This injection device is provided with an injection screw spline-connected to the screw sleeve rotatably supported by a pusher plate (20) movable toward or away from a front plate (10), and the screw is connected, through a transmission mechanism (63), to a measuring motor (160) fixed to the upper surface of the pusher plate so that the motor proper may be positioned between both plates. First and second ball screws (91, 92) rotatably supported by the front plate mesh with first and second ball nuts fixed to the pusher plate, respectively, and the motor proper is positioned between the front plate and pusher plate and connected to an injection motor (140) fixed to the front plate, through transmission mechanisms (111-113), so as not to interfere with the measuring motor proper.

Dispositif d'injection du type à deux plaques installé dans une machine de moulage à injection. Ce dispositif, léger et économique, est pourvu d'une vis d'injection reliée au moyen de cannelures au manchon de vis supporté en rotation par une plaque poussoir (20) pouvant se déplacer de manière à s'approcher ou s'écarter d'une plaque frontale (10), et la vis est reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de transmission (63), à un moteur de mesure (160) fixé sur la surface supérieure de la plaque poussoir, de sorte que le moteur puisse se placer entre les deux plaques. Des première et deuxième vis à billes (91, 92), supportées en rotation par la plaque frontale, se vissent dans des premier et deuxième écrous à billes fixés sur la plaque poussoir, respectivement, et le moteur est positionné entre la plaque frontale et la plaque poussoir et est relié à un moteur à injection (140) fixé sur la plaque frontale, par l'intermédiaire de mécanismes de transmission (111-113), de manière à ne pas interférer avec le moteur de mesure.
