Die Erfindung betrifft einen mit einem Füllmittel gefüllten Kunststoff, der durch Reaktion gefüllter kalthärtender Mehrkomponenten-Kunstharzmassen gebildet ist. Es soll die Aufgabe gelöst werden, toxische Stoffe derart in Kunstharz zu binden, daß das erhaltene Produkt nicht mehr toxisch ist. Gelöst wird das Problem durch Erzeugung eines Reaktionsproduktes aus einer Mehrkomponenten-Kunstharzmasse mit einer Komponente mit stickstoffhaltiger Reaktionsgruppe (insbesondere der NCO-Gruppe) und einer Mehrkomponenten-Kunstharzmasse mit einer Komponente mit einer Sauerstoff-Wasserstoff-Komponente (OH-Gruppe) und als Füllmaterial werden Pulver und/oder Granulate mit toxischen Schwermetallen und/oder toxischen organischen oder toxischen anorganischen Verbindungen verwendet.

The invention relates to a plastic with a filler formed by the reaction of filled cold-curing multi-part synthetic resin masses. The purpose is to bond toxic substances in the synthetic resin in such a way that the product obtained is no longer toxic. The aim is achieved by generating a reaction product from a multi-part synthetic resin mass with a component with nitrogen-containing reaction groups (especially the NCO group) and a multi-part synthetic resin mass with one part having an oxygen-hydrogen component (OH group) and using powders and/or granulates with toxic heavy metals and/or toxic organic or inorganic compounds as the filler.

On produit une matière plastique remplie de charges par réaction de masses de résine synthétique remplie de charges à plusieurs composants durcissables à froid. Il s'agit de lier des matières toxiques dans la résine synthétique de telle manière que le produit obtenu ne soit plus toxique. A cet effet, on fait réagir une masse de résine synthétique à plusieurs composants, dont un composant ayant un groupe de réaction qui contient de l'azote (notamment un groupe NCO) avec une masse de résine synthétique à plusieurs composants, dont un composant ayant un groupe oxygène-hydrogène (groupe OH). Comme charges on utilise des poudres et/ou des granulés contenant des métaux lourds toxiques et/ou des composés organiques ou inorganiques toxiques.
