Abstract

A flash converter in which means are provided for maintaining a substantially constant collector-base voltage on the input emitter-followers, so as to obviate the distortion caused by variation of the input capacitance with input voltage. The driving source directly drives the base of the emitter-followers and, through a level-shift circuit, also drives the collectors of the emitter-follower transistors.

L'invention concerne un convertisseur ultra-rapide dans lequel on a prévu un moyen permettant de maintenir une tension de base du collecteur sensiblement constante, sur les émetteurs-suiveurs d'entrée, de manière à éviter la distorsion provoquée par la variation de la capacité d'entrée avec la tension d'entrée. La source d'excitation excite directement la base des émetteurs-suiveurs et, par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit de décalage de niveau, excite également les collecteurs des transistors des émetteurs-suiveurs.
