The invention relates to a method for dosing the content of specific IgG of allergens contained in a medium, characterized in that the ELISA technique is used, wherein the IgG contained in the sample of the medium are fixed with support by means of the allergen, the IgG specific of allergens are detected by means of a non-human monoclonal antibody anti-IgG4 human of which the presence is evidenced by a marked antibody corresponding to the non-human epitope part of the monoclonol antibody. The invention also relates to a fraction rich in IgG obtained according to such method and to a pharmaceutical composition containing said fraction.

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à doser la teneur en IgG spécifiques d'allergènes contenues dans un milieu, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise la technique ELISA, dans laquelle les IgG contenues dans l'échantillon du milieu sont fixées avec support par l'intermédiaire de l'allergène, les IgG spécifiques d'allergènes sont détectées grâce à un anticorps monclonal non humain anti-IgG4 humain dont la présence est révélée par un anticorps marqué correspondant à la partie épitope non humaine de l'anticorps monoclonal. L'invention se rapporte également à une fraction riche en IgG obtenue selon ce procédé et à une composition pharmaceutique contenant cette fraction.
