Abstract

The invention concerns a procedure and a device for the detection of direction or angle, whereby the position and direction of movement of the level indicating means (3) of an easily tilted bubble-spirit glass (1) or equivalent are monitored by means of a light source and light detector system consisting of optoelectric components, whereby beams of light reflected from the level indicating means (3) are detected and, when the electric signals generated by different light beams are mutually balanced, the user is informed about this by means of signalling devices. At least one light source (4a, 4b) is directed at the boundary surface between the liquid and the level indicating means in the libellum (1) in such manner that, when the level indicating means (3) is in the middle position, essentially equal portions of the light beams emitted by each source and reflected by the level indicating means fall on the surface of one or more detectors (5) placed symmetrically relative to the light sources at esssentially right angles thereto.

Un procédé et un dispositif de détection de direction ou d'angle, la position et la direction de mouvement des moyens d'indication de niveau (3) d'un verre esprit à bulle d'air facilement incliné (1) ou analogue étant contrôlées au moyen d'un système de source de lumière et de détection de lumière constitué d'éléments optoélectriques, des faisceaux de lumière réfléchis des moyens d'indication de niveau (3) étant détectés et, lorsque les signaux électriques générés par les faisceaux de lumière différents sont équilibrés entre eux, l'utilisateur en est informé au moyen de dispositifs de signalement. Au moins une source de lumière (4a, 4b) est dirigée vers la surface-limite entre le liquide et les moyens d'indication de niveau dans le libellum (1) de sorte que, lorsque les moyens d'indication de niveau (3) se trouvent à la position du milieu, des portions essentiellement égales des faisceaux de lumière émis par chaque source et réfléchis par les moyens d'indication de niveau tombent sur la surface d'au moins un détecteur (5) placé en relation symétrique par rapport aux sources de lumière et essentiellement à des angles droits à celles-ci.
