Title (EN) DETECTION OF HUMAN TISSUE FACTOR ACTIVATOR
(FR) DETECTION D'ACTIVATEUR DE FACTEUR TISSULAIRE HUMAIN
Abstract: front page image
(EN)This invention relates to an immunoassay of a human tissue factor activator originating in the human urine by utilizing an antihuman tissue factor activator monoclonal antibody, which is useful for diagnosing, for example, renal diseases. The tissue factor activator originating in the human urine is a new material. The invention also discloses the antihuman tissue factor activator monoclonal antibody to be used in the above assay and hybridoma cells which produce said antibody.
