Abstract

A method for removing DNA from protein preparations is disclosed. A purified or partially purified protein preparation is incubated with a secondary or quaternary amine anion exchanger for an extended period of time, at high pH values and low salt concentrations, to yield a product suitable for human or animal use.

On a mis au point un procédé d'élimination d'ADN de préparations protéiques. On incube une préparation protéique purifiée ou partiellement purifiée à l'aide d'un échangeur anionique d'amines pendant une période de temps prolongée, à des valeurs de pH élevées et à faibles concentrations de sel, afin de produire un produit adapté à une utilisation chez l'homme ou chez l'animal.
