Abstract
(EN) This invention provides a totally solid secondary cell in which an oxide film of a laminated structure represented by the general formula (V2O5)x.(A)y.zH2O (where x + y = 1, 0 < y « 0.5, z = 0.1 to 1.6, and A denotes one or more oxides selected from GeO2, SiO2, B2O3, MoO3, WO3, Nb2O5, TeO2, Bi2O3, Cr3O8 and ZrO2) serves as a positive electrode active material (1), lithium or a lithium alloy serves as a negative electrode active material (2), and an oligoalkyleneoxypolyphosphazene polymer serves as an electrolyte (3). The cell causes neither dendrite formation nor liquid leakage, exhibits excellent charge-discharge characteristics, and can be safely used over a wide temperature range.
(FR) Accumulateur composé de substances entièrement solides, dans lequel un film d'oxyde présentant une structure stratifiée représentée par la formule générale (V2O5)x.(A)y.zH2O (dans laquelle x + y = 1, 0 < y « 0.5, z = 0,1 à 1,6, et A représente un ou plusieurs oxydes sélectionnés parmi GeO2, SiO2, B2O3, MoO3, WO3, Nb2O5, TeO2, Bi2O3, Cr3O8 et ZrO2) sert de matériau actif d'électrode positive (1), du lithium ou un alliage de lithium sert de matériau actif d'électrode négative (2), et un polymère l'oligoalkylèneoxypolyphosphazène sert d'électrolyte (3). Cet accumulateur ne provoque pas de formation de dendrites ni de fuites de liquide, présente d'excellentes caractéristiques de charge-décharge, et peut être utilisé de manière sûre dans une vaste plage de températures.
