Abstract
(DE) Bei einer heizbaren Durchbiegungsausgleichswalze (2) wird eine verkürzte Aufheiz- und Abkühlungszeit und eine bessere Temperaturgleichmässigkeit, durch die eine Gefahr der Beschädigung des Walzenmantels (5) vermindert ist, dadurch erreicht, dass der Walzenmantel (5) gleichzeitig von der Innenseite (i) und von der Aussenseite (a) beheizt bzw. gekühlt wird. Mit Vorteil werden die Heizeinrichtungen (12, 13) so geregelt, dass die Temperatur-Differenz zwischen der Innenseite (i) und der Aussenseite (a) einen bestimmten Wert nicht überschreitet.
(EN) The invention concerns a heated sag-compensation roller (2), with shorter heat-up and cool-down times and a more even temperature distribution, which reduces the risk of damage to the roller shell (5). These improvements are achieved by virtue of the fact that the roller shell (5) is heated or cooled from the inside (i) and the outside (a) simultaneously. The heating devices (12, 13) can be controlled so that the temperature difference between the inside (1) and outside (a) does not exceed a particular value.
(FR) Avec un cylindre chauffable à compensation de flexion (2), on obtient une diminution du temps de chauffage ou de refroidissement et des conditions de température plus régulières, qui permettent de réduire le risque d'endommagement du bandage (5) du cylindre, en chauffant ou en refroidissant ce bandage (5) simultanément sur sa surface intérieure (i) et sur sa surface extérieure (a). Les dispositifs de chauffage (12, 13) seront réglés de préférence pour que la différence de température entre la surface intérieure (i) et la surface extérieure (a) ne dépasse pas une valeur déterminée.
