Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spraypumpe zum stoßweisen Versprühen flüssiger Stoffe aus flaschen- oder dosenartigen Behältern mit einem Faltenbalg aus elastischem Kunststoff, der verbindend zwischen zwei Gehäuseteilen aus formstabilem Kunststoff angeordnet ist, die in axialer Richtung teleskopartig zwischen zwei Hubbegrenzungen gegeneinander beweglich und durch die axialen Rückstellkräfte des Faltenbalgs rückstellbar sind, wobei an den beiden Enden des Faltenbalgs jeweils Pumpventile angeordnet sind, die jeweils einstückig am Faltenbalg angeordnete, radial-elastische, manschettenartige Ringwandabschnitte aufweisen, welche jeweils dichtend an der Mantelfläche eines zapfen-, ring- oder topfförmigen zweiten Ventilteils anliegen, und schlägt zur Vermeidung von zu geringem Sprühdruck am Anfang und Ende eines Ausgabehubes bei möglichst einfacher Bauweise und ohne merkliche Erhöhung des manuell aufzuwendenden Arbeitsdruckes vor, daß zur Erzeugung eines mechanischen Druckpunktes zwischen den beiden teleskopartig zueinander beweglichen Gehäuseteilen (1, 2) eine aus federnd zusammenwirkenden Teilen der beiden Gehäuseteile (1, 2) bestehende, nur über eine kurze Strecke wirksame Rastvorrichtung (8, 48, 49; 53, 54, 55, 59, 62) angeordnet ist und daß im Innern des Faltenbalgs (3) ein axial beweglicher Ventilkörper (44, 45; 65, 45) angeordnet ist, der das ansaugseitige Pumpventil jeweils am Ende eines Ausgabehubs öffnet.

Spray pump for intermittently spraying liquid substances from bottle or can-shaped containers with a bellow made of elastic synthetic material, which connects two housing parts of dimensionally stable synthetic material between which it is arranged; said housing parts move axially relative to one another in a telescopic manner between two stroke stops and are moved back by the axial restoring forces of the bellow. At both ends of the bellow, pump valves are provided with collar-like radial-elastic annular wall sections integral with the bellow and hermetically applied to the surface of the casing of a second valve part in the shape of a peg, a ring or a pot. In order to avoid excessively low spraying pressures at the beginning and end of a delivering stroke by means of a simple design, which does not require a much increased manual operating pressure, a stop device (8, 48, 49; 53, 54, 55, 59, 62), comprised of elastically cooperating parts of the two housing parts (1, 2) and which only operates over a short distance, is provided between the two telescopically movable housing parts (1, 2); moreover an axially mobile valve body (44, 45; 65, 45) is arranged inside the bellow (3), which opens the pump valve on its suction side at the end of each delivering stroke.

Est décrite une pompe pour aérosol pour vaporiser par intermittence des substances liquides contenues dans des récipients du type flacon ou boîte comportant un soufflet en matière synthétique élastique qui relie deux parties de boîtier en plastique indéformable. Ces parties sont mobiles l'une vers l'autre en sens axial de manière télescopique entre deux limitations de course et reprennent leur position sous l'action des forces axiales de rappel du soufflet. Aux deux extrémités du soufflet sont positionnés des clapets de pompe qui présentent respectivement des segments de paroi annulaires du type manchette, radialement élastiques et solidaires du soufflet, lesquels adhèrent hermétiquement à la surface d'enveloppe d'une deuxième partie clapet conique, annulaire ou en forme de creuset. Pour éviter une pression de vaporisation trop faible au début et à la fin d'une course de diffusion, et ce, de la manière la plus simple et sans augmentation notable de la pression de fonctionnement à exercer manuellement, on agence un dispositif d'encliquetage (8, 48, 49; 53, 54, 55, 59, 62) actif uniquement sur une distance limitée et constitué de parties, à action élastique conjuguée, des deux parties de boîtier (1, 2), afin de produire un point de poussée mécanique entre ces dernières mobiles l'une vers l'autre de manière télescopique. A l'intérieur du soufflet (3) est disposé un corps de soupape (44, 45; 65, 45) axialement mobile qui ouvre le clapet de pompe côté aspiration à chaque fin de course de diffusion.
