Abstract

Zum Kompostieren von in flüssiger Form vorliegenden, tierische und/oder menschliche Ausscheidungen enthaltenden Abfällen, wie Gülle, Abwasser oder Klärschlamm, wird ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem diese Abfälle in einem geschlossenen Behälter unter Zugabe von biologisch abbaubaren kohlenstoffhaltigen Substanzen, wie z.B. Stroh, in zerkleinerter Form durch Aufwirbelung mittels eines oder mehrerer Dispergierwerkzeuge unter Eintragung von mechanischer Energie und unter kontrollierter Zufuhr von Luft in eine suspensoide Dispersion mit hoher Viskosität umgewandelt und danach in einem aeroben Rotteverfahren kompostiert werden. Die mechanische Energie wird durch Anwendung eines in bestimmter Weise ausgebildeten Dispergierwerkzeuges im Wege von Kavitations- oder Hohlsogeffekten eingetragen, was eine physikalische und chemische Umwandlung der Flüssigkeit in eine Masse von hoher Viskosität zur Folge hat. Infolge der in feinster Verteilung eingearbeiteten Luft setzt auf der Rotte der Kompostierprozeß schnell ein und läuft unter aeroben Verhältnissen beschleunigt ab, so daß schon nach relativ kurzer Zeit Kompost zur Verfügung steht, der unmittelbar als organisches Düngemittel verwendet werden kann.

A process for composting waste containing animal and/or human excretions like manure, waste water or sewage sludge is proposed in which said waste is converted into a highly viscous suspensoid dispersion in a closed container with the addition of chopped biologically degradable carbon-containing substances like straw, for example, by agitation using one or more dispersing tools with the exertion of mechanical energy and the controlled addition of air and then composted by an aerobic decomposition process. The mechanical energy is applied by a dispersing tool by means of cavitation effects which result in the physical and chemical conversion of the liquid into a highly viscous mass. The air introduced in finely divided form causes the composting process to act rapidly on the mass and to accelerate in aerobic conditions so that, after a fairly short time, compost is provided which can be used directly as an organic fertiliser.

Pour le compostage des déchets liquides, tels que les lisiers, les eaux usées ou les boues de curage, contenant des déjections animales et/ou humaines, on propose un procédé par lequel ces déchets sont transformés en une dispersion du type suspension à viscosité élevée dans un récipient fermé en présence de substances biodégradables carbonées, comme la paille, réduits par brassage au moyen d'un ou plusieurs outils de dispersion avec application d'énergie mécanique et apport d'air contrôlé et compostés ensuite selon un procédé de fermentation aérobie. L'énergie mécanique est appliquée au moyen d'un outil de dispersion agencé d'une certaine manière sous la forme d'effets de cavitation, ce qui provoque la transformation physico-chimique du fluide en une masse à viscosité élevée. La très grande dispersion de l'apport d'air a pour effet que le compostage se fait rapidement sur le produit de fermentation et s'accélère du fait des conditions aérobies, de sorte qu'on dispose dans un délai relativement court d'un compost qui peut être employé immédiatement comme engrais organique.
