(EN)A method for production of portland klinker cement provides for roasting, at a temperature of 1,350-1,450°C and in a reducing gas atmosphere containing more than 80 per cent by weight of carbon monoxide, a raw-material mixture comprising, by weight, 59.70-67.05 per cent of limestone, 32.83-39.07 per cent of phosphorous slag, 1.07-6.21 per cent of admixtures containing no less than 40 per cent of iron oxide. The portland cement klinker obtained during the roasting is subjected to forced cooling. Cement produced on the basis of it has a higher strength and prevents the swelling of open surfaces of freshly-poured articles during their heat treatment.
(FR)Un procédé de production de ciment de brique de portland consiste à calciner, à une température comprise entre 1350 et 1450°C et dans une atmosphère gazeuse de réduction contenant plus de 80 % en poids de monoxyde de carbone, un mélange de matière brute comprenant 59,70 à 67,05 % en poids de calcaire, 32,83 à 39,07 % de laitier phosphoreux, 1,07 à 6,21 % de mélanges ne contenant pas plus de 40 % d'oxyde de fer. La brique en ciment de portland obtenue pendant la calcination est soumise à un refroidissement forcé. Du ciment ainsi produit présente une résistance supérieure et empêche le gonflement de surfaces ouvertes d'articles fraîchement coulés pendant leur traitement thermique.
