This invention relates to a corner shape insertion method which inserts corner shapes such as chamfer- or rounding-arc having a predetermined size to corners of a profile shape (OLF) consisting of a plurality of figure elements (S1 $m(k) S8). The range of the profile shape (represented by dash lines) into which the corner shape is inserted is stipulated by designating two figure elements (S1, S5) inside the profile shape (OLF), and then the angle described between the adjacent figure elements inside the profile shape range is determined. Whether or not this angle is within a set angle range is examined and if it is, corner shapes (C2, C4) having a predetermined size is inserted between these figure elements.

Procédé d'introduction des données relatives à la forme d'un coin, telle qu'un chanfrein ou un arrondi d'une taille déterminée, dans les coins d'une forme de profilé (OLF) composée d'un ensemble d'éléments de figure (S1 $m(k) S8). On détermine d'abord la plage de la forme de profilé (représentée par des lignes hachurées) dans laquelle la forme de coin est introduite, en indiquant deux éléments de figure (S1, S5) à l'intérieur de la forme de profilé (OLF), et ensuite l'angle situé entre les éléments de figure adjacents à l'intérieur de la plage de la forme de profilé. On évalue si ledit angle est compris dans une plage d'angle déterminée et, si c'est le cas, des formes de coin (C2, c4) de taille définie sont introduites entre lesdits éléments de figure.
