(EN)The method is implemented by means of an apparatus comprising an envelope (12) with outlets and inlets for a medium to be cooled and a cooling gas. A capillary-porous material (10) is contained inside the envelope (12) and is provided with humid through-channels (22) for the cooling gas, with dry through-channels (23) for the medium to be cooled and with dry through-channels (24) for the cooling gas. The channels (22) and (24) are connected to each other and to an outlet sleeve (17) in which is mounted an exhaust blower (32) ensuring an intensification of the cooling process. The fluid medium to be cooled is passed through the dry channel (23) and then to the user. The cooling gas is passed simultaneously through the dry channel (24) and, after having been reversed, is passed in a counterflow manner through the humid channel (22) while being sucked out of it by means of the exhaust blower (32), the channels (22), (23) and (24) being capable of mutual heat exchange.
(FR)Le procédé est mis en application au moyen d'un appareil comprenant une enveloppe (12) comportant des sorties et des admissions destinées à un milieu à refroidir et à un gaz de refroidissement. Un matériau (10) poreux capillaire est contenu à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (12) et est doté de canaux de passage humides (22) destinés au gaz de refroidissement, de canaux de passage secs (23) destinés au milieu à refroidir ainsi que de canaux (24) de passage secs destinés au gaz de refroidissement. Les canaux (22) et (24) sont reliés l'un à l'autre et à un manchon de sortie (17) dans lequel est monté un ventilateur aspirant (32) assurant une intensification du processus de refroidissement. On fait passer le milieu fluide dans un canal sec (23) puis jusqu'à l'utilisateur. On fait passer simultanément le gaz de refroidissement dans le canal sec (24) et, après inversion, on le fait passer à contre-courant dans le canal humide (22), ledit gaz étant aspiré hors de ce dernier au moyen du ventilateur aspirant (32), les canaux (22), (23) et (24) étant capables d'un échange thermique mutuel.
