Abstract:
(EN) Methods for enhancing the expression of proteins in cultured cells derived from a multicellular organism are disclosed. The methods include the introduction into the host cell of a polycistronic transcription unit of the formula: P-C1-(HEL-Cn)m. The polycistronic transcription unit may further include a leader positioned downstream of the promoter and upstream of C1.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés d'amélioration de l'expression de protéines dans des cellules cultivées dérivées d'un organisme multicellulaire. Les procédés comprennent l'introduction dans la cellule hôte d'une unité de transcription polycistronique de formule P-C1-(HEL-Cn)m. L'unité de transcription polycistronique peut comprendre en outre un leader positionné en aval du promoteur et en amont de C1.
