Abstract
(EN)
This invention relates to a metal gasket for sealing a gas or a liquid. It has a planar substrate (10) consisting of a metal sheet and surface-pressure agents (A), (B) are each applied to either surface or the substrate (10) in mutually different positions and around the outer periphery of a hole of the substrate (10) to be sealed. When the substrate (10) is clamped from both sides, it undergoes elastic deformation as it is pressed by the surface-pressure agents (A), (B), thereby generating a surface pressure.

Un joint métallique d'étanchéité pour gaz ou liquides comprend un substrat plan (10) composé d'une tôle métallique et d'agents de pression de surface (A, B) appliqués chacun sur une surface du substrat (10) dans des positions différentes l'une de l'autre et autour de la périphérie d'un orifice du substrat (10) à fermer hermétiquement. Lorsque l'on serre les deux côtés du substrat (10), il se déforme élastiquement à mesure qu'il est comprimé par les agents de pression de surface (A, B), générant une pression de surface.
