An electrode-embedded green ceramic sheet (25) formed on a suppport member is attached with pressure onto another green ceramic sheet or an electrode (23). Then, the support member only is peeled off, and the electrode-embedded green ceramic sheet (25) is transferred onto the second green ceramic sheet or electrode (23) so as to be laminated thereon. According to this production method, even a green ceramic sheet having a thickness of as small as 20 microns or less can be laminated maintaining mechanical strength. The electrodes embedded in the green ceramic sheet do not cause the surfaces to become rugged even when many sheets are laminated one upon another.

Une feuille en céramique brute (25) à électrode noyée, formée sur un élément de support, est soudée par pression sur une autre feuille en céramique brute ou sur une électrode (23). On décolle ensuite uniquement l'élément de support, et la feuille en céramique brute (25) à électrode noyée est transférée sur la deuxième feuille en céramique brute ou sur l'électrode (23) pour y être stratifiée. Grâce à ce procédé de production, il est possible de stratifier une feuille en céramique brute d'une épaisseur égale ou inférieure à 20 microns tout en conservant sa résistance mécanique. Les électrodes noyées dans la feuille en céramique brute ne rendent pas les surfaces inégales, même si on stratifie beaucoup de feuilles l'une sur l'autre.
