A polymerized composition for obtaining luminescent and selective radiation absorbent materials on the basis of a liquid monomer comprises at least one rare-earth salt of a lower aliphatic carboxylic acid in a quantity ensuring its concentration in the monomer from 5.10-5 to 1 mole/litre. The invention may be used, for example, in illumination engineering techniques and in domestic electronic equipment.

La composition polymérisée décrite, qui permet d'obtenir des matériaux luminescents et à absorption de rayonnement sélective à base d'un monomère liquide, comprend au moins un sel de terre rare d'un acide carboxylique aliphatique inférieur en quantité suffisante pour assurer sa concentration dans le monomère de 5 x10-5 à 1 mole/litre. La présente invention peut par exemple être utilisée dans des techniques d'ingéniérie d'éclairage et dans les équipements électroniques domestiques.
