The field of the invention pertains to a combined applicator apparatus and composition formula for a composition to band and seal. Large quantity dispensers are inoperable or expensive because of the large force needed to operate the dispenser. To improve the dispensing apparatus for large quantities an applicator (18) delivers from side by side chambers (12, 14) a two-part urethane polymer composition in which the diisocyanate is differentially reactive with two amine components of side B such that an initial, faster reaction with one amine keeps viscosity low while a second, slower reaction with the second amine builds viscosity to a self supporting paste outside the applicator.

L'invention concerne un appareil d'application combinée et la formule d'une composition de liaison et de scellement. Des distributeurs de grande quantité sont peu efficaces ou très couteux car une grande force est nécessaire pour les faire fonctionner. De manière à améliorer l'appareil de distribution de grandes quantités, un applicateur (18) délivre à partir de chambres placées côte à côte (12, 14) une composition polymère d'uréthane en deux parties dans laquelle ledit isocyanate réagit différemment avec deux composants amines du côté B de sorte qu'une réaction initiale plus rapide avec une amine maintient une viscosité faible tandis qu'une seconde réaction plus lente avec la seconde amine accroît la viscosité jusqu'à obtenir une pâte auto-porteuse à l'extérieur de l'applicateur.
