Abstract

An electronic appliance comprises a monolithically incorporated power transistor composed of a plurality of individual partial transistors (1, 2, 3, ..., n) connected in parallel. In order to stabilise the distribution of the total current between the individual partial transistors (1, 2, 3, ..., n), resistors (41, 42, 43, ..., n) are arranged in their emitter feed lines. When the power transistor is used in electronic appliances with current regulation or limitation, at least one of the resistors (41, 42, 43, ..., 4n) arranged in the emitter feed lines of the partial transistors (1, 2, 3, ..., n) serves as a precision resistor for obtaining a signal voltage proportional to the current.

Un appareil électronique comprend un transistor de puissance à intégration monolithique composé d'une pluralité de transistors partiels individuels (1, 2, 3, ..., n) connectés en parallèle. Afin de stabiliser la répartition du courant total parmi les transistors partiels individuels (1, 2, 3, ..., n), des résistances (41, 42, 43, ..., n) sont agencées dans leurs conducteurs d'amenée d'émetteur. Lorsque le transistor de puissance est utilisé dans des appareils électroniques à régulation ou limitation de courant, au moins une des résistances (41, 42, 43, ..., 4n) agencées dans les conducteurs d'amenée d'émetteur des transistors partiels (1, 2, 3, ..., n) sert de résistance de mesure et permet d'obtenir une tension de signal proportionnelle au courant.
