Abstract:
(EN) A sinewave oscillator and a quadrature phase shift network fabricated as an integrated circuit comprising, in order that the network and oscillator be simply adjustable to provide an accurate 90° phase shift and a sinewave of accurate frequency and high spectral purity, a first capacitance means (C1, C2; C4, C5) coupled to the input of a gyrator (G1; G2) comprising first and second amplifiers (10, 12; 22, 24) connected in feedback configuration with a capacitance (C3; C6) connected to the output of the first amplifier. The oscillator network may be adjusted by current control of transconductance of the amplifiers, and the amplifiers include input signal limiting means to limit the input signal to a linear operating region. An output load resistance (R) may be simulated using a further amplifier connected in feedback configuration.
(FR) Un oscillateur sinusoïdal et un réseau à déphasage en quadrature, réalisés sous forme d'un circuit intégré, comprennent, afin que le réseau et l'oscillateur soient aisément réglables en vue d'assurer un déphasage précis de 90° et une onde sinusoïdale de fréquence exacte et de pureté spectrale élevée, une première capacité (C1, C2; C4, C5) couplée à l'entrée d'un gyrateur (G1; G2) comprenant des premiers et seconds amplificateurs (10, 12; 22, 24) connectés, selon une configuration de réaction, avec une capacité (C3; C6) connectée à la sortie du premier amplificateur. Le réseau oscillateur peut être réglé par régulation du courant de transconductance des amplificateurs, et ces derniers comportent des moyens permettant de limiter le signal d'entrée à une région de fonctionnement linéaire. Une résistance de charge de sortie (R) peut être simulée au moyen d'un autre amplificateur connecté selon une configuration de réaction.
