Abstract:
(EN) A system for correcting laser output of a CNC laser machining apparatus in which a numerical controller (CNC) and a laser machining apparatus are coupled together. Corrective means (11) determines correction coefficients for making an instruction value of the laser output coincide with the actual laser output when the laser is started. The practical output is measured by an output measuring device (33) at predetermined time intervals and is controlled by instruction control means (13) such that the difference becomes zero between the corrected instruction value and the practical laser output. Long-term variation in the output is corrected when the laser output rises and short-term variation is corrected during the practical machining operation, so that the laser output is properly produced.
(FR) Système de correction de la valeur de sortie d'un faisceau laser dans une installation d'usinage au laser à commande numérique dans laquelle un organe de commande numérique (CNC) est couplé à un appareil d'usinage au laser. Un organe correcteur (11) détermine les coefficients de correction permettant de faire coïncider une valeur de consigne de sortie du faisceau laser avec le faisceau de sortie effectivement émis au démarrage. La valeur de sortie effective est mesurée par un organe de mesure de sortie (33) à des intervalles de temps déterminés et est commandée par un organe de commande de valeur de consigne (13) qui réduit à zéro la différence entre la valeur de consigne de sortie du faisceau laser et la valeur effective de sortie du faisceau laser. Une variation à long terme de la valeur de sortie est corrigée lorsque cette valeur augmente et une variation à court terme est corrigée pendant l'opération d'usinage, de manière à produire un faisceau laser de valeur correcte.
