Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to an enzyme sensor consisting of an enzyme sensitive unit composed of a conductive layer (2a), which is formed on an insulating board (1), and an enzyme-supporting enzyme immobilizing layer (6) with which the conductive layer (2a) is covered, a reference electrode unit composed of a conductive layer (2b), which is adjacent to the conductive layer (2a), and a non-enzyme-supporting layer (7) with which the conductive layer (2b) is covered, and a low-impedance load (8) adapted to receive the electric potential occurring between the enzyme sensitive unit and reference electrode unit, said electric potential being converted into an electric current and detected; and a method of manufacturing such an enzyme sensor. This enzyme sensor has a simple construction, a high measuring accuracy and small dimensions.
(FR) Capteur d'enzymes consistant en une unité sensible aux enzymes composée d'une couche conductrice (2a), formée sur une plaque isolante (1), et d'une couche de support et d'immobilisation d'enzyme (6) dont est recouverte la couche conductrice (2a), d'une unité d'électrode de référence composée d'une couche conductrice (2b) qui est adjacente à la couche conductrice (2a) et d'une couche (7) ne servant pas de support d'enzyme, dont est recouverte la couche conductrice (2b), et d'une charge basse impédance (8) destinée à recevoir le potentiel électrique produit entre l'unité sensible aux enzymes et l'unité d'électrode de référence, ledit potentiel électrique étant converti en un courant électrique et détecté. On décrit également un procédé de production d'un tel capteur d'enzymes présentant une structure simple, une grande précision de mesure et des dimensions réduites.
