Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a process for manufacturing inert, catalytic or gas-sensitive ceramic layers for gas sensors, in particular potentiometer or resistive gas sensors, preferably with volume effect, from a paste composed of a powdered ceramic basic material and an organic paste basic material. The process is suitable for the mass production of inert, catalytic or gas-sensitive ceramic layers less than 100 $g(m)m thick for gas sensors. The semiconductors can be manufactured in special, predetermined shapes with sharply demarcated edge regions. For this purpose, a layer of paste from 1 to 100 $g(m)m thick is applied by serigraphy to a substrate and the coated substrate is then heat treated.
(FR) Un procédé permet de fabriquer, avec une pâte composée d'un matériau céramique pulvérulent de base et d'une matière pâteuse organique de base, des couches céramiques inertes à effet catalytique ou sensibles aux gaz pour capteurs de gaz, notamment des capteurs de gaz résistifs ou potentiométriques, de préférence à effet de volume. Ce procédé pouvant être utilisé pour la production en série permet d'obtenir des couches céramiques inertes de moins de 100 $g(m)m à effet catalytique ou sensibles aux gaz pour capteurs de gaz. Les semi-conducteurs peuvent être fabriqués avec des formes géométriques spéciales prédéterminées et des zones marginales nettement délimitées. A cet effet, on applique par sérigraphie sur un substrat une couche de la pâte d'une épaisseur comprise entre 1 et 100 $g(m)m et on soumet le substrat ainsi revêtu à un traitement thermique.
