Abstract:
(EN) An improved accuracy Coriolis mass flow meter. Signal processing embodiments provide improved accuracy by accounting for the non-linear relationship between phase angle difference of motion sensor signals and mass flow rate. Compensation is made for asymmetric and viscous damping effects, as well.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un débimètre massique de Coriolis ayant une précision accrue. Des modes de réalisation avec traitement de signaux assurent une précision accrue en tenant compte de la relation non linéaire qui existe entre la différence des angles de phase des signaux des détecteurs de mouvement et le débit de masse. Une compensation des effets dûs à la présence d'une asymétrie et à l'amortissement visqueux est également assurée.
