Abstract:
(EN) An undercutting drilling pin is composed of a threaded bolt (20) having at its front end (21) a conical expansion and can be set into a previously drilled hole (11) with its front end first, and of a drilling sleeve (30) that can be slipped on the threaded bolt and moved with respect thereto in such a way that an axially slit end portion of the drilling sleeve can be stretched out by the conical expansion. The outer surface (35a) of the drilling sleeve (30) in its slitted end portion and the axial terminal surface (35b) are at least partially coated with hard particles, so that when the drilling sleeve is stretched out and turned at the bottom of the drilled hole a conical undercut can be formed. The coating (36) of hard particles is about 0,3 mm thick and is preferably composed of particles of hard chrome or of tungsten carbide applied by flame-spraying.
(FR) La cheville décrite comporte un axe fileté (20) possèdant à son extrémité avant (21) un élargissement conique avec lequel il peut être introduit dans un perçage (11) préalablement réalisé, et une douille de guidage (30) qui se pose sur l'axe fileté et est déplaçable par rapport à celui-ci de telle manière qu'une section terminale, fendue en sens axial, de ladite douille de guidage est expansible au moyen de l'élargissement conique. La douille de guidage (30) présente, sur sa section terminale fendue, au niveau de sa surface d'enveloppe (35a), et sur sa surface terminale axiale (35b), au moins par régions, un revêtement (36) en particules dures, de sorte que lors de l'expansion et de la rotation de ladite douille au fond du perçage, il se forme une contre-dépouille conique. Ledit revêtement (36), d'environ 0,3 mm d'épaisseur, se compose de préférence de particules de chrome dur ou de carbure de tungstène appliquées au moyen d'un procédé de métallisation à la flamme.
