(EN) A method of purifying granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), particularly recombinant human GM-CSF, in good yield and with retention of biological activity, comprising sequential anion-exchange, dye-ligand affinity, gel filtration and reversed-phase chromatography is disclosed.
