Abstract:
(EN) Process for the conversion and working up of a mixture of organic matter, anorganic matter and water to a nearly dry product, whereby the mixture is contacted with an oxygen containing gas and put to reaction in a reaction section (9) at temperatures between 200 and 320 degrees Celsius, pressures between 40 and 125 bar and reaction times between 300 and 5400 seconds. After reaction the mixture and gas are separated on the one side in a slurry phase and on the other side water vapour containing gas-phase. The heat in the latter is used for heating of the mixture and for evaporation of water from the slurry phase. Therefor the latter is led to an evaporation section, which is equipped with evaporation means and which may consist of various units, of which at least one unit contains a fluidized bed (16). Organic matter and inorganic matter, emanated from the slurry phase are caught in this bed. The evaporation section is operated at lower temperatures and pressures than the temperature and pressure of the slurry phase and gas phase immediately after reaction. Parts of the fluidized bed mass are discharged periodically or continuously as a nearly dry matter.
(FR) Procédé de transformation et d'élaboration d'un mélange de matière organique, de matière inorganique et d'eau en un produit presque sec, par lequel on met en contact le mélange et un gaz contenant de l'oxygène, que l'on fait ensuite réagir dans une colonne de réaction (9) à des températures comprises entre 200 et 320 degrés Celsius, à des pressions comprises entre 40 et 125 bars et avec des temps de réaction compris entre 300 et 5400 seconds. Après réaction, on sépare le mélange et le gaz d'une part en une phase de boue et d'autre part en une phase gazeuse contenant de la vapeur d'eau. La chaleur présente dans cette dernière est utilisée pour chauffer le mélange et pour l'évaporation de l'eau provenant de la phase de boue. A cet effet, cette dernière est acheminée dans un récipient d'évaporation doté de moyens d'évaporation et pouvant comprendre diverses unités, dont au moins une contient un lit fluidisé. La matière organique et la matière inorganique dégagées de la phase de boue sont retenues dans ce lit. La colonne d'évaporation fonctionne à des températures et à des pressions plus faibles que la température et la pression des phases de boue et gazeuse immédiatement après réaction. Certaines parties de la masse de lit fluidisé sont déchargées périodiquement ou de manière continue sous forme de matière presque sèche.
