Abstract
(EN) A remotely controlled underwater self-propelled vehicle having a sealed main body (10) control means (37) within the main body (10) operable in response to control signals received through a cable (10) to selectively supply electrical energy received through said cable (18) to electric motors (16, 21). Each electric motor (16, 21) being mounted in a respective motor housing (13, 20) demountably attached to the main body (10) to provide a sealed enclosure for the motor. Interconnecting cables (24) passing in sealed relation from the main body (10) into each housing (13, 20) and connected to the respective electric motors (16, 21) therein.
(FR) Un véhicule sous-marin auto-propulsé commandé à distance comprend un corps principal étanche (10) et un organe de commande (37), qui est placé dans le corps principal (10) et dont le fonctionnement réagit à des signaux de commande reçus par l'intermédiaire d'un câble (10), de façon à alimenter sélectivement des moteurs électriques (16, 21) en énergie électrique reçue par l'intermédiaire dudit câble (18). Chaque moteur électrique (16, 21) est monté dans un logement de moteur correspondant (13, 20) fixé de façon démontable au corps principal (10), formant ainsi une enceinte étanche pour le moteur. Des câbles d'interconnexion (24), étanches sur toute leur longueur par rapport aux éléments qu'ils traversent, partent du corps principal (10), entrent dans chaque logement (13, 20) et sont reliés aux moteurs électriques respectifs (16, 21) montés dans lesdits logements.
