(FR) PROCEDE D'INTRODUCTION D'UN TUBE DE REVETEMENT EN PLASTIQUE RIGIDE DANS UNE CONDUITE
Abstract:
(EN) A method of inserting a rigid plastic lining tube into a conduit wherein a rigid plastic tube wound in a flatly folded state around a drum is inserted into a conduit as the plastic tube is pulled out of the drum, comprises the steps of supplying a heated fluid into the conduit so that the heated fluid flows from one end opening of the conduit to the other, and heating the whole of the inner circumferential surface of the plastic tube with this heating fluid flowing through the conduit, to soften the same tube. According to the present invention, the plastic tube can be softened with heat uniformly along the whole length thereof with the plastic tube kept in a drum-wound state, and it can also be maintained in a thermally softened state even while the tube is inserted into the conduit. The insertion of the rigid plastic tube into the conduit can be carried out with a high efficiency. Moreover, even when the conduit has a bent portion at an intermediate part thereof, the plastic tube can be inserted thereinto as it is passed through the bent portion easily.
(FR) Procédé d'introduction d'un tube de revêtement en plastique rigide dans une conduite. Un tube en plastique rigide enroulé et replié à plat autour d'un tambour est introduit dans une conduite à mesure que le tube en plastique est extrait du tambour. Le procédé consiste à faire circuler un fluide chauffé dans la conduite de sorte que le fluide chauffé s'écoule d'une ouverture d'extrémité à l'autre, et à chauffer la totalité de la surface interne de la circonférence du tube en plastique avec ce fluide chauffant s'écoulant à travers la conduite, pour ramollir ledit tube. Selon la présente invention, on peut ramollir le tube en plastique par la chaleur de manière uniforme sur toute sa longueur en le maintenant enroulé autour d'un tambour, et on peut également maintenir ce même tube dans un état ramolli par la chaleur pendant qu'on l'introduit dans la conduite. L'introduction du tube en plastique rigide dans la conduite peut s'effectuer de manière très avantageuse. En outre, même lorsque la conduite présente un coude intermédiaire, on peut y introduire le tube en plastique, ce dernier traversant aisément le coude.
