Abstract:
(EN) In the case of milling with multiple-tooth milling cutters, the cutting edges are arranged in cassettes. For this purpose, a plurality of circular turning cutting edges (7) and at least one finishing cutting edge are used, the cutting edges being provided with covering surfaces. The finishing cutting edge (1) has on its periphery two facing circular arcs (3, 3') which subtend an angle $g(a) and which have a large radius (R1). Said arcs are prolonged in lines (4, 4') which meet in arcs (5, 5') of small radius (r) which are prolonged in turn by a straight line (6, 6') to the large circular arcs (3, 3'). The large radius (R1) of the large circular arcs (3, 3') of the finishing cutting edge (1) is equal to the radius of the circular roughing cutting edges (7), which constitute the finishing cutting edge (23, 23') on the line (4, 4') joined to the large circular arcs (3, 3').
(FR) Dans le cas du fraisage avec des fraises multidents, les tranchants sont disposés dans des cassettes. A cet effet, on monte plusieurs tranchants circulaires pivotants (7) et au moins un tranchant finisseur (1), lesquels sont munis de surfaces de recouvrement parallèles. Le tranchant finisseur (1) possède à sa périphérie deux arcs de cercle (3, 3') se faisant face et définissant un angle $g(a), qui présentent un rayon important (R1) et auxquels se raccordent des lignes (4, 4') qui débouchent avec un faible rayon (r) sur les arcs (5, 5') qui, à leur tour, sont reliés par une droite (6, 6') avec les grands arcs de cercle (3, 3'). Le rayon important (R1) des grands arcs de cercle (3, 3') du tranchant finisseur (1) correspond ainsi au rayon des tranchants circulaires de dégrossissage (7), et la ligne (4, 4') se raccordant aux grands arcs de cercle (3, 3') constitue la coupe de finition (23, 23').
