Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to a technique of measuring the width (l) of a coil material (3) supplied to a press line. Migration of both support shafts (4) of an uncoiler mechanism (1) for supporting at both ends the coil material (3) by a rack (8) and pinion (5) mechanism is converted to rotation and actual migration (L1 + L2) of the support shafts (4) is detected by detecting this rotation. The coil width (l) is measured by subtracting the migration (L1 + L2) from the distance (L) between the support shafts when both support shafts (4) are positioned at predetermined retracted positions. The actually measured coil width (l) is compared with a coil width data (lc) that is inputted in advance to check for any coil set error.
(FR) Techique de mesure de la largeur (l) d'un matériau pour bobinages (3) fourni à une ligne de presse. La migration des deux arbres de support (4) d'un mécanisme de débobinage (1), servant à supporter aux deux extrémités le matériau pour bobinages (3) à l'aide d'un mécanisme à pignon (5) et crémaillère (8), est convertie en rotation et la migration réelle des arbres de support (4) est détectée grâce à la détection de cette rotation. On mesure la largeur de bobinage (l) en soustrayant la migration (L1 + L2) de la distance (L) entre les arbres de support lorsque ces deux arbres (4) sont positionnés à des endroits déterminés en retrait. La largeur réelle de bobinage mesurée (l) est comparée avec des données de largeur de bobinage (lc) qui sont introduites au préalable pour déceler toute erreur de positionnement de bobine.
