Abstract:
(EN) An arrangement for transporting air, with the aid of an ion-wind, includes a corona electrode (K), at least one target electrode (M) located at a distance from the corona electrode, and a d.c. voltage source (5) connected between the corona electrode and target electrode. The arrangement includes a housing (1, 5) with an inlet opening (2) in which the corona electrode (K) is disposed centrally, and an air-flow path extending from the inlet opening and containing the target electrode (M). The target electrode is located spaced from and symmetrical with the centre line through the inlet opening. The housing is configured so that the air-flow path downstream of the inlet opening (2) and the corona electrode (K) branches outwardly towards the target electrode (M), thereby forcing air entering through the inlet opening (2) out towards the target electrode (M) and preventing at least the major part of this air-flow from continuing straight forwards along the extension of the centre line.
(FR) Agencement permettant de déplacer de l'air, à l'aide d'un vent ionique, comprenant une électrode (K) à effet de couronne, au moins une électrode cible (M) située à une certaine distance de l'électrode à effet de couronne, ainsi qu'une source (5) de tension c.c. connectée entre l'électrode à effet de couronne et l'électrode cible. L'agencement comprend un logement (1, 5) muni d'un orifice (2) d'admission dans lequel est disposée centralement l'électrode (4) à effet de couronne, ainsi qu'un passage d'écoulement d'air s'étendant à partir de l'orifice d'admission et contenant l'éle ctrode cible (M). L'électrode cible est espacée de la ligne centrale à laquelle elle est symétrique, dans l'orifice d'admission. Le logement est configuré de telle sorte que le passage d'écoulement d'air se trouve en aval de l'orifice (2) d'admisison et que l'électrode (K) à effet de couronne, bifurque ves l'électrode cible (M), expulsant ainsi l'air pénétrant à travers l'orifice (2) d'admission vers l'électrode cible (M), et empêchant au moins la plus grande partie de cet écoulement d'air de continuer tout droit le long de la prolongation de la ligne centrale.
