Abstract:
(EN) Immobilization method comprising mixing with polyazetidine, dewatering, sub-dividing and curing. The method is useful for enzymes, cell mass, coenzymes and antibodies. The product is physically strong, and less cross-linking agent can be used than in prior-art processes.
(FR) Procédé d'immobilisation comprenant le mélange avec de la polyazétidine, la déshydratation, la subdivision et le durcissement. Le procédé est utile pour les enzymes, la masse cellulaire, les coenzymes et les anticorps. Le produit est physiquement fort et permet d'utiliser moins d'agent de réticulation que dans les procédés de la technique antérieure.
