Abstract:
(EN) In a protective system for reducing the noise of high-velocity jet streams, in particular for aircraft power units, an inclined lattice-type conducting element is installed at a distance from the power units and an approximately horseshoe-shaped noise-absorbing wall whose height is approximately twice that of the conducting element is arranged behind the conducting element. To prevent the radiation of suction noise from the power unit towards the front, two swivelling door wings (16, 17) lined with sound-absorbing material (22, 23) are hinged to the outer front edges (14, 15) of the free sides (8, 9) of the horseshoe-shaped sound-absorbing wall. The door wings can swivel inwards through approximately 60° and their length is such that in the fully swivelled state they leave a gap (a) for the nose of an aircraft (1).
(FR) Un dispositif protecteur amortisseur du bruit produit par des courants de gaz s'écoulant à des vitesses élevées, notament pour propulseurs d'avions, comprend un élément de guidage incliné en forme de grille disposé à une certaine distance des propulseurs. Derrière cet élément de guidage est agencée une paroi d'insonorisation ayant approximativement la forme d'un fer-à-cheval et environ deux fois la hauteur de l'élément de guidage. Afin d'empêcher les bruits d'aspiration produits par les propulseurs de se propager vers l'avant, deux battants (16, 17) pivotables revêtus d'un matériau amortisseur des bruits (22, 23) sont reliés par des charnières aux bords frontaux antérieurs (14, 15) des côtés libres (8, 9) de la paroi d'insonorisation en forme de fer-à-cheval. Les battants (16, 17) peuvent pivoter de 60° environ vers l'intérieur et ont une longueur telle que lorsqu'ils sont à l'état complètement fermé ils laissent libre un écart (a) pour le nez de proue d'un avion (1).
