Abstract:
(EN) A filtrate evacuation system for obtaining a solids free filtrate from a slurry. The system comprises a filter assembly (11), a detachable filter cup (17), and an extractor tube (14) which is connected to a pump (15). The cup (17) is threadedly attached to a mounting sleeve (16) to define an inner chamber (32). One end of the extractor tube (14) communicates with chamber (32) through the mounting sleeve (16), and the other end communicates with the pump (15) so that filtrate residing within the chamber may be evacuated. The cup (17) is formed of porous filtering material such as sintered metal to provide a solids free filtrate within the chamer (32). By continuously evacuating filtrate from the chamber (32), a sensing probe (12) disposed within the chamber (32) may obtain a real time measurement of a condition of the slurry.
(FR) Système d'évacuation de filtrat permettant d'obtenir un filtrat exempt de solides à partir de boue liquide. Le système comprend un ensemble de filtre (11), un élément filtrant amovible ayant la forme d'un godet et un tube d'extraction (14) connecté à une pompe (15). Le godet (17) est vissé à un manchon de montage (16) afin de définir une chambre intérieure (32). Une extrémité de tube d'extraction (14) communique avec la chambre (32) par l'intermédiaire du manchon de montage (16), et l'autre extrémité communique avec la pompe (15) de manière à pouvoir évacuer le filtrat se trouvant à l'intérieur de la chambre. Le godet (17) se compose de matière filtrante poreuse telle que du métal fritté, afin de produire un filtrat exempt de solides, à l'intérieur de la chambre (32). L'évacuation ininterrompue du filtrat s'écoulant à partir de la chambre (32), permet à une sonde de détection (12) disposée à l'intérieur de la chambre (32) d'obtenir une mesure en temps réel de l'état de la boue liquide.
