Abstract:
(EN) Packaging of baker's yeast and baking additives. The additives are placed, in well-defined portions, in capsules with destructible walls in which they are sealed, and the required number of sealed capsules is placed in contact with the yeast before the latter is used. Application to breadmaking.
(FR) Conditionnement des levures et des additifs de panification. Les additifs sont mis, selon des doses bien définies, dans des capsules à paroi destructible où ils sont enfermés de façon étanche, et les capsules en nombre voulu sont mises à l'état fermé en présence de la levure avant l'emploi de celle-ci. Application à la fabrication du pain.
