(EN)The present invention involves processes for 1,2-dehydrogenation of $g(D)?4¿-3-keto C¿21?-hemiester steroids of formula (I), with $i(Arthrobacter simplex) or $i(Bacterium cyclooxydans) to produce the corresponding $g(D)?1,4¿-3-keto C¿21? hemiester of formula (II), or free alcohol thereof with improved yields. The advantage is that the processes utilize higher substrate concentrations and give shorter reaction times than previously were known.
(FR)Procédés de déshydrogénation -1,2 de stéroides $g(D)?4¿-3-ceto C¿21?-hémiester de formule (I), à l'aide d'$i(Arthrobacter simplex) ou de $i(Bactérium cyclooxydans) afin de produire l'hémiester, $g(D)?1,4¿-3-ceto C¿21? de formule (II) ou un alcool libre de cette substance, possédant des rendements améliorés. L'avantage de ces procédés réside dans le fait qu'ils utilisent des substrats de concentrations plus élevées et présentent des temps de réaction plus courts que les procédés connus.
