Abstract
(EN) Monostroke syringe-pusher for ambulatory medicinal injections with self-contained electric supply by means of rechargeable batteries of a motoreducing system which drives a coaxial worm screw. This worm screw actuates a carriage which provides for the translation of the syringe piston. The assembly is contained in a substantially sealed rigid envelope which also provides for the guiding of the carriage. The rotation angle of the worm screw corresponding to the delivery of the unit volume is controlled by two servo-control loops. The delivery rate of boluses is controlled by a programming unit and/or a clock. An excessive pressure or a continuous inadvertent operation of the motoreduction unit sets the irrevocable backward return of the device together with a sound alarm.
(FR) Dispositif monocourse pousse-seringue pour injections médicamenteuses ambulatoires à alimentation électrique autonome par batteries rechargeables d'un motoréducteur entraînant une vis-sans-fin coaxiale. Cette vis-sans-fin attaque un chariot assurant la translation du piston de la seringue. Tout l'ensemble est contenu dans une enveloppe rigide quasi-étanche servant aussi à guider le chariot. L'angle de rotation de la vis-sans-fin correspondant à la délivrance du volume unitaire est contrôlé par deux boucles d'asservissement. La fréquence de délivrance des bolus est contrôlée par un programmateur et/ou une horloge. Une pression excessive aussi bien qu'un fonctionnement continu intempestif du motoréducteur déclenche le retour arrière irrévocable avec alarme sonore.
