Abstract
(EN) Process and device for introducing a physiological fluid at a prescribed temperature in human and animal organisms. The fluid is pumped through a regulated heating means (59) into a gravity-feed container (95), then led by natural gravity out of the gravity-feed container (95) through the same heating means (59) into the organism. While the fluid is being pumped into the gravity-feed container (95), the temperature of the fluid entering the heating means (59) is measured and on the basis of the temperature measured the heating means (59) is set to a temperature or a corresponding heat flow which produces essentially the prescribed temperature of the fluid leaving the heating means (59). While the fluid is being led by natural gravity, the temperature of the heating means (59) is regulated until the prescribed temperature of the fluid is obtained. A heating means (59) suitable for this device comprises at least two heating lateral walls (28, 128) and a channel (47) passing between them. Each side wall (28, 128) has a heating resistance net and a temperature sensor. The resistance network is composed of a heating foil pattern (2, 102) formed on the side of an electrically isolating base plate (1, 101) facing the medium to be heated. On the other side of the base plate (1, 101) is formed a sensor foil pattern (3, 103) forming a temperature sensing resistance and covered with an isolating layer (15, 115).
(FR) Un procédé et un dispositif servent à introduire un fluide physiologique à une température prescrite dans des organismes humains et animaux. Le fluide est pompé à travers un dispositif de chauffage réglable (59) dans un récipient d'alimentation par gravité (95), puis conduit hors de ce récipient (95) par gravité naturelle à travers le même dispositif de chauffage (59) jusqu'à l'organisme. Pendant que le fluide est pompé dans le récipient d'alimentation par gravité (95), la température du fluide entrant dans le dispositif de chauffage (59) est mesurée et, sur la base de cette température mesurée, le dispositif de chauffage (59) est réglé jusqu'à une température ou courant de chaleur correspondant amenant le fluide qui sort du dispositif de chauffage (59) jusqu'à essentiellement la température prescrite. Pendant que le fluide est conduit par gravité naturelle, la température du dispositif de chauffage (59) est réglée jusqu'à ce que la température prescrite du fluide soit obtenue. Un dispositif de chauffage (59) approprié comprend au moins deux parois latérales de chauffage (28, 128) et un canal (47) qui passe entre les deux. Chaque paroi latérale (28, 128) comprend un réseau de résistances de chauffage et un détecteur de la température. Le réseau de résistances se compose d'un film à dessins (2, 102) formé du côté d'une plaque de base (1, 101) électriquement isolante qui fait face au milieu à chauffer. Sur l'autre côté de la plaque de base (1, 101) est formé un film de détection à dessins (3, 103) qui constitue une résistance de détection de la température et est recouvert d'une couche isolante (15, 115).
