(EN)A process for enzymatic synthesis of oligosaccharides starting from lower building stones down to monomers, characterized by performing reverse hydrolysis in the presence of a glycosidase by carrying out the reaction in a solution having a high substrate content, i.e. a low water content.
(FR)Un procédé, permettant la synthèse enzymatique d'oligosaccharides depuis les éléments constitutifs inférieurs jusqu'aux monomères, consiste à effectuer une hydrolyse inverse en présence d'une glycosidase en réalisant la réaction dans une solution ayant une teneur élevée en substrat, cet-à-dire une faible teneur en eau.
