Abstract:
(EN) After screening, the residues are subjected to bacterial digestion in a methanisation reactor (105) and the solid phase of the digestate is then subjected to incineration in a furnace (116) which supplies a heat recuperator (119), the furnace being supplied with make-up fuel by the methane coming from the digester (105), whereas the circuit of fumes downstream of the recuperator (119) is used to heat by means of at least one secondary circuit (138, 139) the magma being processed in the digester and/or the slurry separated from the digestate before being recycled to the digester.
(FR) Selon l'invention les résidus après criblage sont soumis à digestion bactérienne dans un réacteur de méthanisation (105) et la phase solide du digestat est ensuite soumise à incinération dans un four (116) alimentant un récupérateur de chaleur (119), le four étant alimenté en combustible d'appoint par le méthane provenant du digesteur (105), tandis que le circuit des fumées en aval du récupérateur (119) est utilisé pour réchauffer par au moins un circuit secondaire (138), (139), le magma en cours de traitement dans le digesteur et/ou les boues séparées du digestat avant leur recyclage vers le digesteur.
