Abstract:
(EN) A strand for stressed concrete structures, formed as a twist with at least three wires provided with surface profiling. The essential feature of the invention is that the surface profiling of the wires (3) is formed as non-circular cross section profile continuously passing through the wire in longitudinal direction. Furthermore subject of the present invention is a process for the production of this type of strand. Here first the surface profiling of the wires is formed with cold deformation, then at least three wires are simultaneously twisted to a strand. The essential feature of the process is that the surface profiling of the wires is formed by drawing through drawplate of non-circular cross section, preferably of regular hexagon opening cross section with rounded corners.
(FR) Le toron ci-décrit est formé par torsion et comporte au moins trois films métalliques pourvus d'un profilage de surface. La caractéristique essentielle de la présente invention réside dans le fait que le profilage de surface des films métalliques (3) est obtenu par passage du film métallique dans un profilé de section non circulaire, en continu et dans le sens longitudinal. Est également décrit un procédé de fabrication de ce type de toron. Le profilage de surface des fils métalliques est tout d'abord effectué par des formations à froid, puis au moins trois films sont simultanément torsadés pour former un toron. Le procédé est essentiellement caractérisé en ce que le profilage de surface des fils est obtenu par étirage à travers une filière de section non circulaire, ayant de préférence la forme d'un hexagone régulier avec des coins arrondis.
