Abstract:
(EN) An injection molding machine and a method of controlling a back pressure thereof wherein a drag (frictional force) generated by a transmission mechanism interposed between a servo motor for injection and a screw is reflected on a set back pressure, in order to correctly control the set back pressure for the screw during the metering and kneading. A torque limit value and a rotational direction of the servo motor (M2) for injection are determined in each of the steps depending upon the relationship between the set back pressure and the drag for the transmission mechanism in each of the steps of metering and kneading. A torque limit is applied to a servo circuit (3) of the servo motor (M2) for injection depending upon a set torque limit value, and the servo motor (M2) for injection is driven in a predetermined rotational direction.
(FR) La traînée (force de friction) produite par un mécanisme de transmission intercalé entre un servo-moteur pour l'injection et une vis est réfléchie sur une contre-pression déterminée, afin de réguler de manière correcte la contre-pression déterminée de la vis pendant le dosage et le malaxage. Une valeur limite du couple et un sens de rotation du servo-moteur (M2) d'injection sont déterminés dans chaque étape suivant la relation entre la contre-pression déterminée et la traînée pour le mécanisme de transmission à chaque étape de dosage et de malaxage. Une limite de couple est appliquée à un servo-circuit (3) du servo-moteur (M2) d'injection suivant une valeur limite de couple déterminée, et le servo-moteur (M2) d'injection est entraîné dans un sens de rotation prédéterminé.
