Abstract:
(EN) Apparatus (A) and method for cutting, employing a plurality of frame mounted rollers (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) to move a board (20). A plurality of cutting blade assemblies (C) are movable in a direction transverse to board movement (20e) across the machine. A control system (D) positions the board (20) adjacent the cutting blade assemblies (C). The machine is continuously fed, one board at a time with the the butt joint (20m) between boards being taped as an integral step in the cutting procedure. Each scored board (20) has a shiplap cut (20aa) at one end, flap cut at the opposite, (20a) and a plurality of modified shiplap cuts (70e, 70f, 70g, 70h, 70i) in between. After the strips are cut, the boards are folded into a substantially rectangular or square shape.
(FR) Procédé et appareil (A) permettant de couper une plaque utilisant une pluralité de rouleaux (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d) montés sur un cadre et destinés à faire avancer une plaque (20). Une pluralité d'assemblages de lames de coupe (C) sont mobiles dans une direction transversale au déplacement (20e) de la plaque au travers de la machine. Un système de commande (D) positionne la plaque (20) adjacente aux assemblages de lames de coupe (C). La machine est alimentée en continu, une plaque à la fois, les bords d'aboutement (20m) entre les plaques étant rattachés de manière que le processus de coupe se fasse en une étape intégrale. Chaque plaque coupée (20) possède une entaille d'enture à mi-plaque (20aa) à une extrémité, une entaille de rabat à l'extrémité opposée (20a) et une pluralité de coupes de type à enture à mi-plaque modifiées (70e, 70f, 70g, 70h, 70i) entre les deux. Après découpe des bandes, les plaques sont pliées suivant une forme sensiblement rectangulaire ou carrée.
