Abstract:
(EN) In a rolling mill having axially movable work rolls and roll bending facilities between the bearing chock assemblies, the roll bending rams which bear against the chock assemblies have a sphere or other rotatable body at its outer end so that relative movement between the ram and the chock assembly in the direction at right angles to the ram does not damage the ram.
(FR) Dans un broyeur à rouleaux possédant des rouleaux de broyage mobiles axialement et des organes de flexion des rouleaux disposés entre les assemblages de cales de support, les pistons de flexion des rouleaux en appui contre les assemblages de cales possèdent une sphère ou tout autre bord rotatif à son extrémité externe, de sorte que le mouvement relatif entre le piston et l'assemblage de cales dans le sens perpendiculaire au piston n'endommage pas ce dernier.
