Abstract:
(EN) A device for measuring in vivo the opacity of the lens of the eye, in particular in cataracta nuclearis, comprises a light source (16) which irradiates the eye lens with at least one angular monochromatic light beam of short wavelength. The intensity distribution of the corresponding fluorescence spectrum is picked up in the long-wave range by a receiver (26). The wavelength corresponding to the maximum of the fluorescence spectrum is represented according to the degree of opacity of the eye lens by a signal processing circuit (29) and a display apparatus.
(FR) Un agencement de mesure in vivo du degré d'opacité du cristallin de l'oeil, en particulier de la cataracta nuclearis, comprend une source de lumière (16) qui irradie le cristallin avec au moins un faisceau de lumière monochromatique oblique de courte longueur d'onde. La répartition des intensités du spectre de fluorescence correspondant est captée par un récepteur (26) dans le domaine des grandes ondes. La longueur d'onde correspondant au maximum du spectre de fluorescence est représentée selon le degré d'opacité du cristallin par un circuit de traitement de signaux (29) et par un appareil d'affichage.
