Abstract:
(EN) A hydraulic control for automatic gear-box for motor vehicles comprises shifting valves (1, 10, 100) for applying a working pressure to the shift couplings/brakes (A, C'). The shifting points of the shifting valves and the working pressure depend on the load of the motor (position of the accelerator pedal) and on the speed and are applied as control pressures (choke and regulation pressures) to the shifting valves (1, 10, 100). To improve the shifting quality in vehicles with supercharged engines, the intake pressure (PL, lines 61, 71) is applied to at least one additional shifting valve either directly (61) as a control pressure or via a pressure transformer (pressure transducer 7). The intake pressure (PL) is transmitted to the spring room (15, 150) of the shifting valve so as to maintain the spring pressure against the piston and to increase the application pressure for the brake or clutch to be released.
(FR) Une commande hydraulique pour boîte de vitesse automatique pour véhicules à moteur comprend des soupapes d'embrayage (1, 10, 100) pour appliquer une pression de travail aux embrayages/freins (A, C'). Les points d'enclenchement de la soupape d'embrayage et la pression de travail dépendent de la charge du moteur (position de la pédale de l'accélérateur) et de la vitesse et sont appliqués comme pressions de commande (pressions d'étranglement et de réglage) aux soupapes d'embrayage (1, 10, 100). Pour améliorer la qualité de l'embrayage dans des véhicules dont le moteur est suralimenté, la pression d'admission (PL, conduite 61, 71) est appliqué à au moins une soupape supplémentaire d'embrayage (1) soit directement (61) comme pression de commande, soit par l'intermédiaire d'un transformateur de pression (boîte de pression 7). La pression d'admission (PL) est transmise à la cavité à ressort (15, 150) de la soupape d'embrayage de façon à soutenir la pression du ressort contre le piston et à augmenter la pression d'application de l'embrayage à déclencher ou du frein.
