Abstract
(EN) The burner is especially intended for boilers. The latter are provided with sliding and/or turning mechanisms (15, 37) so that they can maintain, at least, in the output area of between 50 and 100 per cent of the nominal output, an at least approximately constant quantity relationship between gas and combustion air. This purpose is served by the simultaneous admission of gas and air into a mixing chamber (24) having a control component such as, for example, a piston (15, 37). It is fitted with a first mobile, turning and/or sliding control piston (15), which controls the amount of combustion air with its external metal surface. At the same time, inside the first, tube-shaped control piston (15) is a second control system (37) preferably coaxial to the first control piston (15), which controls the amount of gas by means of its internal metal surface. The two control pistons (15, 37) are firmly attached to one another and can be slid to and fro and/or swung by means of an actuating device (33).
(FR) Un brûleur de combustibles gazeux, en particulier pour chaudières de chauffage, comprend des organes coulissants et/ou rotatifs (15, 37) qui assurent un rapport au moins approximativement constant entre les quantités de gaz et d'air de combustion, au moins dans une plage de puissance comprise entre 50% et 100% de la puissance nominale. Un élément de commande, un piston (15, 37) par exemple, sert à modifier simultanément l'injection de gaz et d'air dans une chambre de mélange (24). Un premier piston (15) mobile de commande, rotatif et/ou coulissant, commande avec la surface extérieure de son corps la quantité d'air de combustion. Un deuxième piston de commande (37) est agencé à l'intérieur du premier piston tubulaire de commande (15), de préférence coaxialement au premier. Ce deuxième piston (37) commande la quantité de gaz avec la surface intérieure de son corps. Les deux pistons de commande (15, 37) sont fermement reliés l'un à l'autre, et peuvent être mis en rotation ou en mouvement alternatif par un organe d'actionnement (33).
